One of the biggest downsides we have about this machine is the price tag! At over $3,000 it is definitely not your everyday espresso machine, so we consider this machine an investment more than anything else.
Another thing we noticed, is that no milk container was included. For the price we felt like Jura could of added this on as a gift.
